How to get a refund?

Due to the nature of the items we offer, it is not possible to opt for refunds or returns once the product is consumed. However, if you have genuine issues with the product, please get in touch with us with as detailed information as possible including product images, batch number of the product etc to make your case.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. You accept to these terms before placing an order with us.

However, if you have a genuine reason please contact us and we will certainly consider the cancellation request.

Kindly note, we’ve received and dismissed a few cancellation requests based on customers finding cheaper deals at other marketplaces. It is important to understand that good quality products come at a price and we put sincere efforts in sourcing that from across the world.

I received a damaged parcel.

Kindly accept our sincere apology for the poor experience. We will replace all the items that got damaged during transit. In case if they are out of stock, we will be issuing Refunds for the same.

How do I return product?

At Alimento Foods, we are committed to providing our customers with high quality products and exceptional customer service. We understand that sometimes our customers want to return a product, and we want to ensure that the process is as simple and transparent as possible.

We have a strict policy when it comes to returns. As our products are food items, we do not accept returns for hygiene and safety reasons. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

In the rare event that a product arrives damaged or defective, we will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate. To qualify for a return or refund, you must provide us with photographic evidence of the damage or defect within 48 hours of receiving the product. We do not accept returns for products that have been opened or used as they are considered a health hazard.

We take great care to ensure that our products are accurately described and pictured on our website. However, if you receive a product that does not meet your expectations or differs from the product description, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Please take note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We advise using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package for the full value of the product, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged packages during the return shipping process.
